Crossreferencing is a shared project of the the mother and son team of Sarah and Mark Flowers.  Sarah has been in the Young Adult Library world for over 20 years, as a librarian, library director, author, YALSA committee member, and President of YALSA.  Mark is brand new to the game, with just under four years experience as a Young Adult Librarian.  Our goal is to discuss YA Literature and Librarianship from our dual perspectives.
